Little Ness is the smallest tiny we have built to date. She is 5 mtrs. She needed to be compact and practical.

The owner had a limited budget so she decided on a small kitchen and bathroom to give more space to the lounge room. She also asked to have the stairs open so as to give the sense of more space.

​

The stairs treads are made from beautiful tassie oak. Little ness was painted all white to keep her light and bright to make it seem more roomy.

The front door was painted bright yellow to put a smile on anyone's face.

She might seem small but once you are in there you realize there is plenty of space.
